Why do I have to register to shop?

Registering on our website helps to speed up the ordering process, as billing and shipping addresses are saved in your account. It allows you to view your current and past orders, payments and order status.  We also have loyalty program. When you become a member on our website, you can earn points and redeem them later.

How do I get and redeem my 10% promo code?

Sign up with your email and we will send you your 10% OFF promo code. If you didn't receive it, please drop us a message or contact our team through Instagram or email hello@zawinamorocco.com.  You can use your promo code only once on full-priced items only. It is available for one month since the day you receive it . 

I received a damaged item.

We ensure our items are in good condition upon shipping, but damage may occur during the transit period. However, we cannot be liable for any damage caused after we have shipped it. We sincerely apologise and hope you will continue to shop with us. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged product, write a short description and send it to hello@zawinamorocco.com. We will try to work out a deal with you on a good faith and best effort basis, but no promises.

Do we offer Cash on Delivery for the products?

For ease of transaction, we do not offer that service at the moment.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, you may not cancel.

I'm not sure what to buy. Can I get some advice on which products are best for me?

Absolutely! We would love to answer any questions you may have and help you learn more about our products. Contact us through Instagram or  e-mail us at hello@zawinamorocco.com to get advice from our team. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible!

Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?

Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Malaysia, Singapore and these countries: USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Philippines, Bahrain, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan.

How to store my products?

Organic skincare is sensitive, please keep your skin care products in a cool, dry place out of the sun. Keep your products clean and wash your hands before touching products.
