Shipping policy

  • We only accept Visa and Mastercard, debit and credit cards, from all customers worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD). 
  • Buyers will be charged product price plus shipping costs minus any promotional voucher redeemed (if any) for all purchases. No other charges apply. Unfortunately, we do not provide self-pickup or personal delivery services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 
  • All orders made will have a additional shipping charges: Peninsular Malaysia 9.00RM / Sabah & Sarawak 12.00RM for a maximum of 3 items (which do not comprise a set, for shipping charges for Zawina Sets, see below).
  • Shipping costs for Zawina Sets are: Peninsular Malaysia 11.00RM / Sabah & Sarawak 15.00RM
  • If you are outside Malaysia, please contact us to determine postage charges. We would be more than happy to assist. 
  • We will strive to ensure all domestic orders are shipped the next business day from the day the order is received. International orders will be shipped 2 business days after the order is received.
  • Once your order has been processed and packed, we will notify you by email a tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel. This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Deliveries in Peninsular Malaysia should take between 3 to 5 working days.
  • Deliveries to East Malaysia should take between 5 to 7 working days.
  • We are not liable for any delay on the part of the courier service.
  • If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like POSLAJU operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest POSLAJU office to you or sent back to us.
