  • Failed Deliveries (Customs/Non-Response): If a parcel is returned to us or destroyed by local customs/delivery services due to a failure to respond or failure to collect by the buyer, we are unable to issue a refund.

  • Missed Delivery: If you missed your delivery, please promptly contact your local Aramex or FedEx office (using the tracking number provided) to rearrange delivery.
