Processing Your Order

Quick Changes (1-Hour Window): We process orders fast! You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request an address edit. While we promise to do our very best to accommodate your request during this time, please understand that address changes are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment Time (Best Effort): Please note that the timeframes below are estimates and provided on a best effort basis. We work diligently to meet these goals:

1-2 Business Days: For customers in the UK, Australia, South Africa (SA), UAE, and the USA.

Up to 4 Business Days: For orders shipping to all other countries.

A Note on Busy Times: This timeframe applies during our regular operating periods. During holidays or times of extremely high order volume, fulfillment may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Days: We ship orders from Monday through Friday. Delivery services is unavailable to P.O. box (Post Office box), A.P.O (Army Post Office), F.P.O (Fleet Post Office), and D.P.O. (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

Shipping Costs: Our items are often luxurious and large, which means shipping them globally can be complex and expensive! We want to be transparent: our shipping rates are determined by weight and dimension, and we constantly strive to bring you the most competitive, not-for-profit rates available.
International Customs, Duties, & Taxes (Important!)

Customer Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

We Are Not Liable: Zawina Morocco is not responsible or liable for any customs duties, fees, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the local customs authority upon delivery.

Customs Clearance Process Handled Locally: Once the shipment reaches your country, all customs processes and necessary clearances will be managed by the last-mile local courier (e.g., Aramex, FedEx, or a local postal partner).

Your Role in Clearance: Please be aware of your country's import regulations and requirements. You may be contacted by the courier to provide information or payment to complete the clearance.
